Italian Tones and Theater

This summer, Frederik Ernst’s Italian Garden will be filled with folk music from Italy. The music comes from Sicily, Naples, and Tuscany and is performed on the accordion, double bass, and vocals—including by the singing puppets Miss Viola, King Sur, the dog Delle, and the small and charming gift thief, Lurifax. The audience can also enjoy a taste of the pantomime theater tradition and the time-honored Mester Jakel theater when Duo Rosinante visits Frederik Ernst’s Garden on Saturday, July 11 and 18, from 3:00 to 3:45 p.m. The event is FREE and open to all ages, so bring the whole family.

Time: Saturday, July 11 and 18, 3:00–3:45 p.m.
Location: Frederik Ernst’s Garden – Museum ERNST, Østergade 57, Assens.
Price: FREE
